This notice explains what Coach Fish Recruiting & Academic Scholarships does with the information you send through this website. It is written in plain English rather than legal language.
Who we are
Coach Fish Recruiting & Academic Scholarships, founded by Kiyoshi “Coach Fish” Fish, based in Arizona, United States. You can reach us at coachfish2024@outlook.com or (623) 738-5918.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you use the contact form, that is the information you type into it:
- Your name, email address and (if you provide it) phone number
- Whether you are an athlete, parent or coach, and what you are interested in
- Athlete details you choose to share: name, graduation year, sport, position and school, club or college program
- The message you write
We do not ask for, and you should not send, financial details, government identification numbers or health information through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you and to discuss whether our recruiting services fit your athlete. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Who else sees it
- Our form and email providers. Your message is delivered through a hosting provider and arrives in Coach Fish’s email inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact page to check that the form is being submitted by a person rather than a bot. It is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
- College coaches and programs — only for athletes who become clients, only as part of the recruiting service they have engaged us for, and only with the family’s agreement. We do not pass inquiry details to third parties otherwise.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies as published. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token on the contact page as part of its bot check. If analytics are switched on in future, this notice will be updated first.
Children
We work with high-school student-athletes, many of whom are under 18. Inquiries about a minor should be made by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian. If a young person has sent us information and a parent would like it removed, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and client records for as long as we are working together plus a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
Your choices
Email coachfish2024@outlook.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
